Let me clarify that I am not a customer of comcast, neither was at time of purchase of this home.
When I had Comcast 6 years ago the techs were nice walked me through how to connect to the internet and even had my printer working and he tested it to make sure it worked. I started having major problems with Comcast after Hurricane Matthew in October 2016.
I was paying for the services but not receiving the services at my address.
When I called for a final bill, I was told that my account is in collections and I was made aware that there was an early termination fee.
